Russian Olympic team to play France

The Russian Olympic national team squad has been named for two friendly matches against France on the 12th and 13th of April in Sochi.

Goalkeepers: Artyom Zagidullin (Metallurg Magnitogorsk), Ilya Konovalov (Lokomotiv Yaroslavl), Ivan Bocharov (Dynamo Moscow).

Defensemen: Alexander Elesin, Maxim Osipov, Nikita Cherepanov, Rushan Rafikov (all Lokomotiv Yaroslavl), Nikolai Demidov (Sibir Novosibirsk), Yegor Rykov (HC Sochi), Albert Yarullin (Ak Bars Kazan), Evgeny Kulik (Spartak Moscow), Ivan Mishchenko (Admiral).

Forwards: Danil Yurtaykin, Pavel Kraskovskiy, Yegor Korshkov, Denis Alexeev (all Lokomotiv Yaroslavl), Anton Zlobin, Alexander Khokhlachyov (both Spartak Moscow), Artyom Mikheev (Ak Bars Kazan), Anatoly Golyshev (Avtomobilist), Damir Zhafyarov (Torpedo), Igor Rudenkov (Amur), Artyom Shvets-Rogovoy, Alexei Makeev (both Vityaz Podolsk), Nikita Mikhaylov (Sibir), Bogdan Yakimov (Severstal).

Oleg Bratash is the head coach, Igor Efimov and Konstantin Gorovikov are his assistants, while Alexander Kolobkov is the goalkeeping coach.

On April 12, puck drop is scheduled for 19:25, before a day later, the second game will begin at 20:25.
