11.11.2018
Oleg Bratash, Nikolai Prokhorkin, Roman Abrosimov and Artyom Zemchyonok spoke after the Russian Olympic national team won the 2018 Germany Cup.

Russian Olympic national team head coach Oleg Bratash:

- It's an honour for us to win this competition, the players deserve it. I am thankful to all of the players for their effort. We have analysed how each player performed. I don't want to single anyone out, we played as a team. I have lots of positive emotions to take away fr om this competition and it's great to have the fans' support here. It was like we were playing at home.

Russian national team forward Nikolai Prokhorkin:

- It was like a playoff match. It was a difficult, tough match for us. The quality of the ice let us down a bit, and because of this, we couldn't completely show what we're capable of. Both teams wanted to win the competition so it was a real fight.

Russian national team defenseman Roman Abrosimov:

- This match was of playoff level. We wanted to finish the tournament on a winning note. Right from the start, there were a lot of fights on the ice and exciting ice hockey. All of us played with courage. We improved towards the end of the competition.

Russian national team defenseman Artyom Zemchyonok:

- The main thing is that we won the Germany Cup. All matches were difficult, so the victory tastes even sweeter. I scored two goals at the competition, there were plenty of positive moments, and it's nice to play in a team wh ere everyone fights for each other.
