Changes to the Russian national team roster

There have been changes to the senior Russian national team roster for the upcoming Karjala Cup, which is a part of the Euro Hockey Tour.
The injured Nikita Tryamkin (defenseman) and Kirill Semyonov (forward) have replaced by Dinar Khafizullin (defenseman) and Anton Slepyshev (forward) respectively.
