In Kazan, day two of the Red Machine National Development Program: Philosophy and Basic Principles will take place.

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation and Ak Bars Academy will sign a memorandum for cooperation, world champion Sergei Zinovyev will hold a master-class and Olympic team head coach Oleg Bratash will host a practical lesson concerning the concept of the Red Machine National Development Program.
