Alexei Zhamnov: "Today's match is very important"

Today, ahead of the upcoming 2018 World Championship match against the Czech Republic, the Russian national team trained in these following lines:

Goalkeepers: Koshechkin, Shestyorkin.

Reds: Gavrikov, Kiselevich - Kaprizov, Datsyuk, Dadonov.

Whites: Nesterov, Zaitsev - Grigorenko, Anisimov, Buchnevich.

Blues: Yakovlev - Soshnikov, Mamin, Andronov, Mikheev.

Yellows: Tryamkin, Khafizullin - Barabanov, Kablukov, Shalunov.

Russian national team senior coach Alexei Zhamnov:

- Nikita Soshnikov will be the 13th forward, while Nikita Gusev is still sticking to his individual training program and we decided to take our time with him. Hopefully, we will see him in the next match. This is a very important match for us, we have the right mindset to play the Czech Republic. No one is remembering what happened at the Olympic Games, both teams are different now. The NHL players have arrived. In terms of Nikita Soshnikov's lines, we have plan A and plan B.
