In the second Four Nations match, the under 20 Russian national team defeated hosts the Czech Republic 5:0.
Coming off the back of yesterday's close 1:2 loss to Finland, the Russians wanted to get back to winning ways. Fortunately, the players managed to do just that.
Artyom Volkov broke the deadlock in the first period, before Alexander Yaremchuk and Nikita Shashkov increased the lead in the opening frame.
Alexander Yaremchuk and Artyom Galimov scored further goals in the second and third stanzas, sealing a convincing 5:0 Russia U20 victory! Tomorrow, Russia will play Slovakia in the final match, a game which will decide who finishes in second place of the table.
