In Ventspils, the under 17 Russian national team competed against Latvia U18 for the second time and claimed a 3:2 victory.

Takhir Mignachev and Yaroslav Likhachyov (2) scored the Russian goals, earning a 3:2 win against the under 18 Latvian national team!
