We congratulate Valentin Kozin!

Valentin Kozin, a former ice hockey player and referee in Russia, is today celebrating his 81st birthday.

After representing Lokomotiv Yaroslavl and Khimik Voskresensk as a forward, Valentin subsequently become one of the country's leading referees.

The Russian Ice Hockey Federation wishes Valentin health, happiness and a very happy birthday!
