Alexander Syomin: "I always have positive emotions when called up to the national team"

08.02.2016

Russian national team forward Alexander Syomin shared his impressions from today's training session:

- A call up to the national team always fills me with positive emotions. I am the oldest players in this team, and I am ready to help the guys if needed. Nevertheless, they all have experience and know what is expected of them.

- Have you spoken with the coaches?

- Not yet, but the team's task is always to win.

- What can you say about your line-mates?

- This is the first time that I have played with Nikita Gusev and Nikolai Prokhorkin, but there is enough training days left to pick up mutual understanding.
