Open training session involving the Russian national team

An open training session involving the Russian national team took place in Novogorsk.

Our players initially participated in a training game in these following lines:

REDS

Mishurov (Moisevich);

Yudin, Karpukhin - Tolchinsky, Grigorenko, Plotnikov;

Sharakanov, Leontyev - Iskhakov, Sorkin, Poltapov;

Davydov, Syomin - Kuzmin, Abrosimov, Ilyin.

WHITES

Kostin (Popov);

Samorukov, Grudinin - Zykov, Vorobyov, Khairullin;

Ibragimov, Akhiyarov - Tsitsyura, Aimurzin, Dedunov;

Vorobyov, Khoruzhev, Polyakov.

Regulation time ended level at 6:6, before both teams scored in overtime and the Reds edged the penalty shootout.

As a part of the event, Russian Minister of Sport Mikhail Degtyaryov and players of the Red Machine Junior 2014 team planted trees on the training complex's grounds.

The presentation of the Russian national side was then subsequently staged.
