The RIHF won an award at the SBC Ceremony!

The SBC Award Ceremony was held in Moscow. This prestigious award in the field of sports business in professional circles, recognises the best projects, facilities and managers based on the results of the year.

The shortlist included projects from the world of figure skating, chess, eSports, wrestling, beach volleyball and, of course, football.

However, in the opinion of the authoritative jury, which included recognised specialists in the field of sports management and marketing, there was no equal to the Channel One Cup which was organised by the Russian Ice Hockey Federation! The traditional December international tournament, which dates back to 1967, was held in 2024 at an unprecedented level. The world's largest ice arena, the SKA Arena in Saint Petersburg, hosted the event, and its 21,500-seat stands were filled to capacity for the Russian national team's matches. In total, over 87,000 fans visited the arena during the competition.
