30 years of women's ice hockey in Russia

Women's ice hockey in Russia is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2024!

Over the course of three decades, our female players have come a long way from initially starting out in friendly matches, before subsequently claiming medals at World Championships. A special logo has been developed in honour of this special date, with the central element being a Matryoshka.



The anniversary logo will accompany us throughout the season: its patches will appear on the jerseys of participants in youth competitions, players of the Russian women's national teams, teams of the Women's Hockey League (WHL) and on the referees' kit. We are proud of our history and look forward to the future with optimism, supporting women's hockey at all levels!
