The Stars and VHL team will replace China at the Channel One Cup

In Saint Petersburg, the Stars and VHL team will replace China at the Channel One Cup.
Due to factors beyond the control of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation, the senior Chinese national team cannot participate at the tournament. As a consequence, the decision has been taken to replace China at the competition with the Stars and VHL team, which will consist of the leading young players competing in the All-Russian Hockey League (VHL) and Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).
The competition will take place at the Ice Palace in Saint Petersburg between Russia 25, Belarus, Kazakhstan and the Stars and VHL team. Tickets sales are continuing over on kassir.ru!
