Minister of Sport of the Russian Federation Oleg Matytsin:
- I can say with confidence that thanks to our joint efforts, we boast one of the most proactive models and systems for combating doping. These are not only administrative measures, although thanks to changes in legislation we are seeing very big changes in this area. But I am not a supporter of administrative oversight measures only; the formation of a culture is important.
