The RIHF extends its condolences

Tragically, on August 14th, Russian ice hockey forward Rodion Amirov passed away.
Rodion was born in 2001 in Salavat, the Republic of Bashkortostan. Throughout his entire career, he represented Salavat Yulaev Ufa and the Russian national team, notably earning a bronze medal at the 2018 Hlinka/Gretzky Cup, a silver medal at the 2019 World U18 Championship and gold at the 2020 Karjala Cup.
The Russian Ice Hockey Federation extends its deepest condolences to Rodion's family and friends.
